Since 2006, Shape Up San Francisco has been a driving force to prevent chronic disease through programs, policies, systems, and environmental changes in populations that experience the greatest health disparities. Collectively, we've made tremendous impact and have a great distance yet to go.

Shape Up SF’s mission is to advance health equity in San Francisco by collaborating with community on systems changes that increase nutrition security and active living.
